Interyour studio specializes in professional interior design services for complex residential, office and commercial projects.
There are usually two phases of the design process:
Phase I.
Function and space concept as a 3D-visualization and 2D-layouts – created on the basis of previous client-designer agreements. At this stage, the client has a full picture of what a designed area will look like. All alternations in functional plan or changes of suggested finish materials may be regularly implemented and presented to the client in this phase of the design.
Phase II.
After a final design concept has been approved by the client (phase 1), preparation of detailed technical documentation for subcontractors begins.
Documentation drawn up by Interyour studio’s designers includes all necessary data, listing of materials, interior fitments as well as descriptions and drawings necessary for particular contractors to complete the project.
Thanks to many years of experience in cooperation with contractors and suppliers we managed to gather a fine circle of fully trusted people and companies, who can complete the project with due diligence and exceptional precision.
Project supervision of an investment as well as ordering all finish materials and fixtures is offered to those clients who can’t afford to spend their time running a construction or renovation process. A thoroughly planned schedule of works and orders helps to avoid unnecessary breaks in completion of the project.
